• Download and fill out the membership application.
• Let us know how you plan to pay. For monthly or quarterly payments, we encourage you to use the automatic bank withdrawal option which relieves you of writing checks, and helps North Shore Village continue operating in an efficient and lean fashion. Download the bank authorization and send it to us with your application.
• If you choose to pay by check, send your full first year's payment or first quarterly payment with your application.
