Long before the U.S. Administration on Aging declared that "Connecting the Community" would be the theme for May 2011 Older Americans Month, North Shore Village was already at it. Organized by community volunteers in Evanston and Wilmette just over a year ago, North Shore Village (NSV) is part of a growing national movement to enable older citizens to "age in community" with friends and neighbors...
